Stat tracker not counting kills or wins (NEW)

This thread is for the issue:
The stat tracker didn't add kills or wins from the last match, either normal play apex or ranked.
Examples:
Kills are not recorded
Wins are no...

What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Looking at the win tracker at lobby
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? Yes
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? More then 10
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) 03.02.2020
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
How severe is your issue? Minor impact to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing
What should be happening instead? The Win Tracker should go up
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play and win a day before season update.
My friend played with me, the same thing happened to him... He said that this happned before. And the time of this bug is mostly 1 or 2 days before an new Season or an update to the game.
This also happened in season 1 to me, and him (Name tag writen in the form). I hope this gets fixed, becouse its frustrating to not have your wins recorded...

That's a good idea, but sadly no , I didn't check the overall stats before... Just to add to my previous post, another friend of mine also played on 04.02.2020, before the season update, and his tracker also didn't update. Maybe that happens for the other ppl that posted too.

No, kills do not Get registered but deaths do Sometines. So the k/d gets *
No the update did not fix anything and this issue has been going on for seasons and it’s just worse this season. It typically seems like the first game after logging on is not tracked. This is pretty frustrating.
Hello im in a bit of a big crisis and I really need your help. I have an issue in rank where i dont recieve any RP/points. For example when i win a game in rank with my squad I dont recieve any points at all when i get back into the lobby but my teammates do? This all started back in season 8 and here i thought that issue would go away after season 9. I missed out on a total of 6k RP towards my account. It would be nice to be either helped or compensated for all that hard work for trying to maintain predator.
Another one here with stats not tracking. Makes me not want to play at all. I just spent a significant amount of time playing today, only for my kills to go up by 5 and deaths to go up by 7. Most of those games were hugely positive in the k/d ratio. Also had my best game with BH today as my first game of the day. 12 kills and when I checked my k/d after the game, nothing had changed since I turned the game off last night. All legend's trackers seem to be working fine. It's the account stats that seem to be having an issue updating.
For me kills and all other stats of season 10 aren't going up for 2 days straight so yeah
Same for me the only reason i play is because i like increasing my kill count, totally takes the fun out of it, EA you owe me over 100 kills on my stats, this has been a continuous thing for over a month, sort out your shi* or refund me for everything i have bought 🙃
I had a rly good Arena-Ranked match some minutes ago, which we won with alot of work, and it wasn't counted again after. Ghost match again! When is this ever gonna be fixed. It's not ok at all.
Happened to me twice now, this is just disgusting, you can contact the support however you want they can't fix it, the game just vanishes
