Stat tracker not counting kills or wins (NEW)
Hello legends.
This thread is for the issue:
The stat tracker didn't add kills or wins from the last match, either normal play apex or ranked.
Examples:
Kills are not recorded
Wins are no...

How severe is your issue? Little to no impact to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? i couldnt recieve anything from my win,RP ,kills and exp etc.
What should be happening instead? i should get my win since i even saw the ''you are the champion'' text

i saw ''you are the champion'' text and when it finished i got an error that dced me from the game after i came back i didnt recieve anything it was like that game never happened and i want my win RP kills exp etc. back

What happens when the bug occurs? I have won 2 matches this past week and have not seen the win added to my Mirage Season 4 Win Tracker. I do not have footage since I had not noticed for a day for the missing wins.
What should be happening instead? I should have two more wins than I currently have listed
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know. Though I would like my win.
I honestly have no proof, and I don't mind losing these two wins forever, but I would like whatever could be causing this to be solved.

Unfortunately we don't really have a way to manually add wins to your account. If this keeps happening could you try grabbing a video? That would be helpful so we can pass this along for a look.

Dude, season 7. Its still. Happening. Really makes me not want to play the game when im smashing people and dropping easily a 2kd and my stats look like trash. Come on.

Did your squad mates also experience the issue?: Not that I know of on PC's side

When did this happen?: 11/5/20
How often does the bug occur?: Never noticed until this season
How severe is your issue?: Major on the playable aspect.
What happens when the bug occurs?: Killed 12 people, with both 1.3k damage on games and it wasn't added.
What should be happening instead?: Damage and kills to be on the stat tracker.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Fix the tracker/give those kills& damageHighly annoying to see it count my deaths and not my kills! I included my own stat tracker. It isn't counting most of my damage (says I only have about 700) and didn't count any kills.
Hey ken and everyone I’m the same here in New Zealand past 2 to three days my stats aren’t registering kills or wins
then it might register one or two games after I’ve played multiple
any help would be amazing as I’m putting a lot of time in and the stats aren’t correct ☹️
- @EA_Kent I have multiple screenshot of me winning a game and it didn’t count nothing same as well the xp and the kills
I quit right after having my last win, was no point on continuing to play without having the missions and badges completed

Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. Ballots to lobby not showing stats, always everywhere 0. Not updating daily missions or prize trackers/event badges in prize tracker
What were you doing when the issue occurred? Taking screenshots and continued to play, still haven’t gotten no update on the challenges what’s so ever

How often does the bug occur? Every game that I played was the same thing
How severe is your issue? Playing has no sense without updating daily missions
What happens when the bug occurs? I don't get my wins, and badges. missions were updated especially
What should be happening instead? Daily missions should update, stars should be added, season rank should be upgraded as well as my xp after winning 3 games today.
