Stat tracker not counting kills or wins (NEW)

This thread is for the issue:
The stat tracker didn't add kills or wins from the last match, either normal play apex or ranked.
Examples:
Kills are not recorded
Wins are no...

Where did the issue occur? Returning to the lobby after a match
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. after match it didnt count my 19 kills
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. nothing
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? I don't know
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? 5 to 10

How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? ive got a problem few days ago, ive made 19 kills in game and we won that game, my kills didnt count and i didnt get those 19 kills as highest kills game. Here is a picture of my 19 kills and one more picture where it says that my highest kills are 14. Thanks in advance!
What should be happening instead? i should get my highest kills updated from 14 to 19
