My friend played with me, the same thing happened to him... He said that this happned before. And the time of this bug is mostly 1 or 2 days before an new Season or an update to the game.

This also happened in season 1 to me, and him (Name tag writen in the form). I hope this gets fixed, becouse its frustrating to not have your wins recorded...
