[Steam] Game Does Not Launch Since July28 Update

I am experiencing the exact same issue. Could you please assist?

Actions I have taken (that did not work):

- Verify game files integrity via steam.

- Uninstall and reinstall the game.

- Launch the game from a different steam account (on the same computer).

- Grant private and public network firewall permissions.

- Launch Apex (and EasyAntiCheat) as administrator.

- Disable antivirus.

(I do not have the ctrl2cap program installed that @garkun3 mentioned.)
