Still Haven’t Received Pred Rewards

What happens when the bug occurs? I was #477 pred in the first split last season but it said that I was masters for that split after I loaded up s11. This made me lose all my predator rewards. I had about 18,606 rp when the season ended and my friend had about 18,200 rp. He got pred even though I had more rp than him. It’s been 2 weeks since this issue was brought up and I thought Respawn would acknowledge that they’re working on it by now. I should have my earned my predator badge since I grinded hours for it, only to get master rewards.
What should be happening instead? I should’ve received s10 predator rewards instead of masters
