Stuck in corner after reviving teammate during enemy Horizon Black Hole

What happens when the bug occurs? I was in a building, got sucked in by Horizon's Black Hole ult against a corner wall (the blackhole was on the other side of the wall but still pulled me into the corner through the open doorway). As I was sucked into that corner wall, I revived the Wattson who was knocked. After reviving, I was stuck in the corner and unable to move even long after the Black Hole finished. My teammates tried punching me and I tried grappling away but still nothing worked. I died to the zone.
What should be happening instead? I revive the teammate, and I'm able to move away from the corner slowly during the ult and normally after the ult.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I was in a building, got sucked in by Horizon's Black Hole ult against a corner wall (the blackhole was on the other side of the wall but still pulled me into the corner through the open doorway). As I was sucked into that corner wall, I revived the Wattson who was knocked. After reviving, I was stuck in the corner and unable to move even long after the Black Hole finished.
