Stuck in crawl space at Epicentre

What happens when the bug occurs? You can get under the pole and it appears to suck you in but you can’t get out. I just replicated the bug again with Octane and this time I was successful getting out ONLY by using a jump pad. That’s the only variable I’ve found.
What should be happening instead? If you can get in, you should be able to get out. Otherwise just block it off entirely.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Head to the north side hill of Epicentre and crouch under the crossbeam that joins to the main tower of Epicentre. The issue is at the base. I haven’t checked the others crossbeams yet.
It might be worth trying to use Pathfinder to grapple out, as well as using the Octane pad. I only thought to use the Octane ult when I wanted to replicate the bug, and sure enough it worked.
I don’t remember if I tried to grapple out earlier. I may have been Lifeline and my friend using Pathfinder at the initial occurrence. I played too many games today to remember.
