Stuck Matchmaking / Connecting

In the past few days I've been stuck matchmaking -> connecting for Control in Mixtape mode.  Sometimes I spend the entire 15 minute window bouncing between Matchmaking -> Connecting -> Matchmaking.

Restarting the game occasionally helps, but it's not a consistent fix.
