    Hey everyone,

    Marking this as solved just for visibility. The issue is still under investigation.

    The Apex Legends team is currently investigating the matchmaking issues that some people have been seeing: 

    I'd recommend keeping an eye out on the Apex Legends Twitter account for updates on this. The team will most likely make an announcement there when they have more information. Thanks for bearing with us on this.

“Update”

game is not glitching anymore after turning off cross platform, everything is running smoothly again. But matchmaking is taking awhile due to a few people having the platform turned off.

@LoverJ69 How do you turn it off? On Xbox the setting is grayed out and says to enable/disable in account privacy settings. Checked my EA account settings and it’s not an option.
