What happens when the bug occurs? When the frame rate in the game goes OVER 200 fps, adaptive sync (G-sync, freesync) stops working, and/or the frametimes becomes extremely unstable. I have tested the following: Cap the fps with Riva tuner statistic server to 190 fps - the frametimes are fine and adaptive sync works properly. I have also tested to cap the frame rate to 210 fps, and the problem occurs. As soon as the frame rate is 200 fps or more, the game begins to stutter heavily. My computer can of course push 200+ frames. Other players on other forums are also stating this issue. This is a problem for players with a 240hz monitor, who also have a PC that can push 200+ fps.
What should be happening instead? There should be no stutter when the frame rate is 200fps or higher.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Test and play Apex Legends with a 240hz monitor and PC capable of getting 200+ fps. Cap the fps to 180 and test it, and then cap the fps to 220, and see the huge difference.

To get 200+ fps you will really need to test Apex with a RTX 2080 ti.
