SwitchのApexにおいて起こっているレベルアップ報酬の貰えないバグについて。

What happens when the bug occurs? レベルアップでもらえるはずの報酬(Apexパック、レジェンドトークン) がレベルアップしてももらえない。報酬のゲット場面は現れるが自分のものとして追加されない。なお、バトルパスの報酬は貰えている。
What should be happening instead? 今まで貰えるはずだった報酬を得られるべき。
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 単純にロビーの画面をひらけば加算されていないことがわかる。
