[Switch] My battle pass and tracker have been reset

Product: Apex Legends
Platform:Nintendo Switch

What is your gamertag/PSN ID/EA Account name? jackyboy.
Please provide your squad mates' gamertag/PSN ID/EA Account name if possible. I don't remember
Are you using any software with an overlay? No
Which Legend were you playing (if applicable)? Vantage.
Which Legends were your squad mates using (if applicable)? I don't remember
Where did the issue occur? Returning to the lobby after a match
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. Habitat 4.
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Returning to the lobby.
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? I don't know
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? Quite a few.
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) 14'th of Marsh 2023
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? My battle pass, challenges and event tracker have all been reset
What should be happening instead? I should still have my stuff.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to replicate it on another switch

    We are still working to address the remaining players running into this particular issue.

    While we don't have a specific ETA yet, Respawn has just provided the statement below.

    We'll include any other updates as we get them, thanks for hanging in there while we continue working on getting this cleared up.
