Where did the issue occur? Returning to the lobby after a match
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. Just loaded up the game and it was gone.
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. loading the game

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Little to no impact to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? My premium battle pass and event tracker reset back to level one
What should be happening instead? Should be leveling up as normal
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know
Loaded onto my apex account (Username is actually '?') and realised my whole battle pass and event tracker was sent back to level 1. I still weirdly had every item, (Premium battle pass) but once leveled up received nothing more. For example, I hadn't 'unlocked' the Crypto skin yet since it was reset but I still have it.
I am not a frequent player so this is concerning that my apex coins may be wasted as I am worried I will not finish the battle pass/event tracker in time. I had one more level up in the event tracker so this is very frustrating.
This applies to the event tracker too, first level up I received nothing at all.
My actually account (still the same account level as before) and gameplay is not affected by this, but I would very appreciate any assistance provided.
