What happens when the bug occurs? I reached prestige level 321 yesterday morning, played like normal, and nothing strange happened. I log in that same night, and my account is suddenly sent back to default level 1. My legends, skins, tokens, materials, etc., are all there, but all of my seasonal progress from 10-16 is completely gone, and I have no account history. I have to complete the training to even begin playing, like when you play for the very first time. I play on Switch, and I haven’t used my account on any other devices or anything like that but I have played cross platform.
What should be happening instead? My gaming history and season progress etc. should be present.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Log into an Apex account on any Switch (I’ve been told of several people on this platform having the same issue).
