What happens when the bug occurs? All my stats from season 16 have been reset, but I still have the cosmetics I've earned in this season, whether I've earned or bought them. Also, my ranked stats were affected, but this time I was reset from Diamond II (my current rank before the bug) when actually last season I went all the way to Platinum.
What should be happening instead? Return to my past stats and be able to progress normally again.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? No idea.
You can see that I lost all my stats from Season 16 (the pass level is 5 because I played a few games after the bug), but in the image with Bangalore you can see that I have the level 82 reward from the season 16 battle pass equipped.
