@EA_Aljo I think we all deserve an official acknowledgement at this point. Nothing on Twitter. Nothing substantial in these forums. 4 days now and still no response or acknowledgement on the trouble ticket I submitted in conjunction to contributing on this forum. You and your team are telling us to be patient, and you are still investigating is rather vague.
It is obvious you have people here that love the game, even with all the bugs and quirks, and many have invested real world money to show their support and to get some cool spiff. We hope that some of that money is reinvested in the game to improve the glitches, however 16 seasons in. and it is obvious that the money is going towards shareholder dividends, rather than back into the game. Add to that, the majority of us feel violated, robbed, which I will remind you is considered criminal in most frames of justice. Having said that, we realize that sometimes issues like this can take time to resolve, however, with no indication of any progress, and we sit here in an informational vacuum, our collective patience is wearing very thin. Maybe since you cannot tell us more about the progress on resolving this, it might be helpful to you to let us know how EA is going to make this right. What sort of gesture will be given on your part to retain very loyal and supportive customers? Show us we are valued. Show us that you care.
