Day 4 of Nintendo Switch users having lost all season progress. I've spent $500 on this game EA... here's simple solutions on how you can fix the problem right away:
1. Reset Switch users account data back to March 13th
2. Credit Switch users accounts with enough Apex coins to buy back their battle pass level.
Also the phone support people.. some of them need to be fired. First guy told me uninstall and reinstall. Second person insisted I had trouble connecting to the internet LOL?? Third person told me to just wait and he'd tell someone (I bet you will) Fourth person told me their coworker person 2 gave me the correct answer yesterday and admitted they don't even play Apex nor had any idea what season it was. I'm going to call everyday at this point. Hopefully they send me another customer feedback survey in Arabic. Clueless phone support.
