Sydney server causing game ban

I was recently banned after queuing for a ranked match in the São Paulo server. During that game, I encountered a team that appeared to control multiple bots. This team was killing the bots to farm RP and then attempted to kill themselves using thermite grenades.

After this team died, the bots began spam-reporting me. I believe this led to my ban. To verify my claims, you can check the timestamps of the reports—they should all have been submitted simultaneously—and the accounts that reported me, as they were likely bots.

I kindly request that you investigate this issue and review my ban. I am a legitimate player and had no involvement with the exploitative behaviour in that match.

@SmellyBruva like what @EA_Mako had said, go ahead and file an appeal with the EA TOS Team, (which you can find out how to do so here, or by following the link in @EA_Mako's reply).

I did and they said this 

Hello,

We have received your most recent correspondence expressing concerns about the action that was taken on your account.

After thoroughly investigating your account and concern, we again found that we actioned your account correctly after it was found to have violated our User Agreement. We will also be unable to provide any details regarding our internal procedures.

Due to this violation, we will not remove the sanction that was applied to your account.

I was unbanned thank you for your help. I'm never playing on any server but NA from now on.
