Target compensation with advanced look controls not working after the update

What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Shooting my weapon

What happens when the bug occurs? I use advanced look controls and after the update I have totally lost target compensation. If I turn ALC off I get target compensation back. But I have only used ALC for the past year and now I am experiencing this issue only after the update. I think it has to do with the new target compensation PC option they added. Please fix this because it is very difficult to hip fire my weapon at someone directly in front of me and my gun is flying all over the place. I really want to enjoy this new event and the ALC target compensation issue is ruining it
What should be happening instead? My reticle should be moving to the enemy when I am very close to them and looking at them. It's only happening with advanced look controls enabled.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? You can turn on advanced look controls and make sure target compensation is turned on and aim at any enemy that moves. Either aim down sights or just look at them when they are close enough and moving/strafing and your view/aim will not move. It will be like target compensation is disabled. It is happening on xbox series x and xbox one s the two consoles we have in our home with 2 different gamertags.
