Thank you for reaching back to me, since I was getting desperate not only in finding a solution, however in getting a response as well.
I tried the clean boot method just now and first game first attempt, this happened - https://ibb.co/Xxf1bWK , this screenshot combines the textures bug and the error I am seeing, both things I have researched within couple of topics, one of which here in the EA community and tried every possible solution without answer, the only 1 thing I was not able to try was the BIOS rollback since I am running a RYZEN 5600X and it requires the new BIOS to run. As discussed no overclocking, enough fan ventilation, lower temps, I've run benchmarks as well to test it, system tests as well and 0 issues. This issue has started to appear in other games as well, however not as game breaking as this, I am unable to play APEX at all, as in other games simply some textures are being more shadowy than others, which leads me to believe nVidia needs to fix this instead of you the game support.
I would love to have some more information on why this might be the case, I literally purchased my configuration 1 week ago, with parts some people have seen only in videos and getting issues, try to understand my frustration, I am aware it is not you, it's just "early generation adoption" however any assistance will be greatly appreciated, I love Apex and I am grinding as hell, investing money into it as well, just this kind of issues not only stops me from playing it, it stops me from trying as well.

Thank you for giving it a shot! Are you launching Apex Legends through Origin, or are you running the game through Steam?

I've tried almost everything, still same issue. I know you are not getting paid to read the frustrated topics/comments of people, however as a customer support myself I understand that sometimes you cannot deal with everything and everyone to assist at the same time.
I've described everything with every step every bug every screenshot I have.

Thanks, I appreciate that. The "device hung" errors were something we were seeing for a while earlier this year, but there was a driver update that seemed to help. I'm curious if the new 3000 series GPUs might be running into a similar issue. I'll pass this information along for a look.

I also noticed from so much crashes that the "textures blurring" and taking all my screen happens ONLY after the error has appeared since the system is booted, I hope this makes sense, like a life cycle, each time the PC is rebooted like it starts a new cycle and each cycle begins after i launch the game, get 2-3 right one after the other errors and then if I am lucky to not be killed play the game and gel blurred textures from a different object each time.
