Three weeks in a row NO weekly challenges!!!

I spent a lot of subject (French and English) on this subject and none had an answer but there I said the magnificent word "reimbursed" so here there is a right to a response

Same on my PS4 Apex account: no weekly challenges since week 13.  Please address!!

Hi @EA_David  Your support is currently saying that the issue does not exist, and that there is no known issue logged for this.

Could you please make sure that they are informed so that they can provide the correct information to players who reach out to you?

Incredibly frustrating when you contact support and they basically tell you that you are lying.

@EA_David can we please get a ETA for a fix? If not a fix a form of compensation - for example a double tier progression for a weekend?
