Toggle fire mode should not be a queued command!

What happens when the bug occurs? When using automatic weapons with ability to toggle fire mode (auto/single). The toggle fire command can be queued when doing a reload. This is actually a breaking bug IMO. You should be able to toggle fire mode but ONLY after reloading of weapon animation finishes.
What should be happening instead? I should be able to toggle fire mode ONLY when there is no reloading animation.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to the firerange, use Flatline, shoot some bullets and start a reload animation, during the animation press "toggle fire mode" it won't be changed immediately but right after a reloading animation. I think this is a bug. This command should work only when the weapon is not being in the reloading animation state.
