Tombstick Mastiff

Hey so after returning from a hiatus from Apex a month or two ago I noticed that my Tombstick Mastiff skin was missing from my account. I never did anything about this until earlier today when I contacted the live chat in which I was told that a skin from a few months ago couldn't be traced and that I have no options. This is really disappointing and sad because this skin was FREE and it was really cool too but now I don't have it anymore. It was a Lost Treasures free event skin. Basically I was told that there's nothing he or anyone can do for me. I'm really just grasping at straws at this point but I came here just in case anyone could help me. The skin came out around sometime in June 2020 if that helps.
