Torrent bonus bundle says core items owned but I do not own the torrent skin?

@BabyyBunii I dont get it why they just make it a win win situation, it’s frustrating that this happening to the only character i play in apex and its hard to say this at this point but lets have hope, i know this skin is the one we all want but it is our choice if we want to continue support a company that dont care about their fans or the people who has actually putting many money in this game. I clearly have understood that this company has unfairness due to the fact they quickly fixed the octane bundle, and actually decreasing prices in actually owned items but since loba is actually a character that many people like playing they do this her thats just missed up. Its discusting and frustrating that we have to put up with this kind of behavior. I also know that many people are also saying its just a skin but how come people were complaining of octain skin that was locked and they fixed it asap

exactly.. it's just wrong of them to not give in to what we all obviously think is best.
I know that it is just a skin, but that skin is really the only thing I have been looking forward too in this game.
I mean, It consists of my favorite colors and is literally my dream skin for loba.

I only started playing a month after it was first released.. (tragic, I know) and ever since I missed out on it, I have been patiently waiting for it to release again.
I made Loba my main due to my absolute LOVE for her character as a whole and was grinding for the day that it would return.
when I heard about it's return, I literally sat on apex waiting for the countdown to disappear just for it to show up as 'owned'.
I don't think that I can ever explain the heartbreak and disappointment I felt in that moment.

for a moment, I actually thought about purchasing it on a brand new account and abandoning my main.. that's how important this skin is to me.
Obviously though, I would lose so much hard work and I knew that if I were to go down that route, it would cause me to eventually quit the game anyways.

I'm just unexplainably angry and if respawn really does do this to us, I just won't bother to play their games ever again.

I'm constantly checking tweets, constantly loading up the game just to exit it once again, and it's becoming more and more heartbreaking every single time.
I know, It sounds so weird that a skin in a game means so much to me, but it really is my whole reason for grinding in this game.. so with that being said, If I cannot purchase it, I'm done.

    @BabyyBunii True i was watching social media about that skin coming back so i waited for the count down and then the wonderful skin came out and when i saw owned and wasnt able to buy it i help so bad and frustrated about it because i owned the r 301 skin but not the loba skin and i felt like i wanted to quit. Since that day i havent played apex and i been ony opening the app just to see if it becomes buyable

    @Abraham6008 Buy deep down my heatt i believe i still have hopes because everyday they been saying something like the day we talk about the octain skin the next day was fixed then we kept talking about the loba and they said they are investigating, so i believe we might see somthing tomorrow i hope

    Right?? I honestly just wanted to quit as well.
    like I wish I just never bought the damn R-301 skin..

    I haven't played since either so I know what you mean ☹️

    @BabyyBunii We wouldn’t be taking advantage of anything if we bought the loba bundle at a discount price because the 2 apex packs are cheaper to buy outside of the bundle, we just want the skin

    @BabyyBunii The sentinel bundle is cheaper and will give me a guaranteed legendary skin with the charm and 3 apex packs, so the loba bundle shouldn’t make a difference in us “taking advantage” of the discount

    I've just had it as my main goal to get every single thing I can for loba, and I concluded that I might never get the skins that I missed out on, but then I heard the torrent skin is returning, obviously I was excited but man this is how I'm not able to get it??? This is how I can't reach my goal? Because I got an R-301 skin in season 7 completely by chance out of a pack, that right there is scummy on a whole different level, the more we respond to each other the more they are going to see this so we just gotta keep talking on here, it was funny my first reaction when it said "owned" I was like God damnit apex bugs, exited the game and came back in expecting it to work but sure as hell, it just keeps saying owned, and the closer we get to the skin being gone the more angry I'm getting, there's no 2 ways around this, it's unfair to me and all of you guys, by this logic why should we even participate in future events if we will just miss out on a skin we want later?? WHAT IS THE POINT??
