Torrent bonus bundle says core items owned but I do not own the torrent skin?

@EA_KentIs there any chance I could just get the R-301 skin removed from my account so I can purchase this bundle?

@Sylerria That’s what I wanted to do. The customer service person I talked to said they can’t do that but it’s their game?? Someone is able to do it

    @Sylerria They u guys try to tell customer service if they can remove the r301 skin from your accounts

    They are unable to do a transaction like that.
    Their exact words.

    However, they did mention that they are aware of the issue and are trying to fix it.
    Don’t know whether they are actually going too or not, but I still have hope because of this.

    Also, think about it.
    Octanes bundle was easy to fix because it was unintentional.
    Maybe they are trying to figure out a way to change the bundles in a fair way before they change loba’s.

    worst case scenario, they do nothing about loba’s but change future bundles.

    @BabyyBunii We only want a chance to get that skin!!!!! Its been a while and so far its been very disappointing that We have already 4 days about this issue i think it shouldnt be this long with all the feedback and all the problems we have told them already. I know we are all mad but it’s ridiculous that we are still here fighting for a skin that it should be buyable instead of being licked or unavailable for people for a 301 skin from the past bundle.

    They never have cared, as I said the last good game they made is Madden 2007, all the sports games are notorious for having garbage prices, and terrible servers, all the sports games have always been made by EA, I understand respawns decision for pairing with them at the beginning, it's a very good company to pop off your game, but when you've gotten this big I see no point in being with such a bad company, they are the reason apex is being hated on, if apex legends dies it'll be because of EA, I love respawn, I think they're really good at what they do, I love their characters, and their ideas are great, but under the control of EA they will never get to a popularity level of a game like league of legends because their marketing and servers are so bad

    Also I would be down to play but we would definitely fight over who plays loba😂😂😂, I mean I guess we could have fun with it and whoever picks first gets to play her, I could see myself having fun with that where as if a random took her from me it would get me more mad than anything, so yeah I'd be down to play, hopefully this bundle gets fixed tho

    @Abraham6008  I am preparing for the worst so I bought the skin on my alt account so maybe when account merger comes out in 2022 then at least I could possibly transfer it 🥲 but still unfair!!!

    yeah, but atleast we can get torrent and not miss out on it.
    it's insane that they are making it so that we have no other choice but too purchase it on an ALT.

    @BabyyBunii The thing is that if i go in buy it on my alt i dont even have it leveled up and dont have loba on it so 🥺😤
