Yeah they told me that others have reported this issue and they're working on fixing it, I know in business language that sometimes means "yeah we are aware and there's nothing you can do" but hopefully they aren't lying about it, it's just a matter of time, the skin is out for another 3 days right?
Hopefully they get blasted more so they can take the issue seriously, because at first the person said "so you own one of the core items correct?" As if that meant it was fine but I was like well yeah but I got the gun skin out of a pack completely by coincidence, I never bought it but that somehow means I'm not aloud to get this loba skin?? And after that is when she said several people have reported this and are fixing it, but judging by what she said before that it kinda makes me think they don't care and are just doing what every business is supposed to answer with, and that's just keeping the madness down by saying you are working on it, hopefully not tho
That's the thing that is wrong about all this, they are considering the gun skin, and the loba skin to be core items for the bundle, but I explained to her why that isn't fair to me, because some of us didn't even buy that gun skin we just got it out of an event pack, essentially what we all want is for the gun skin to NOT be a core item
Legally they can't answer that question, they will just say that they are working on fixing the issue for us, even if they aren't even going to fix it that's what they have to say in order for people to not go crazy, so either way we will get the answer we have all been getting, it's just whether or not they will actually fix it, right now I'm leaning more towards they won't be fixing it, but I guess there's still a chance that they will
