Tracker Bug, Warrior Event

I was doing my warriors event challenges and my points progress bar got stuck at 2000. I can’t get more points, but I can do more challenges. I tried to re-log in, and it said I had the tracker, but I couldn’t find it in my inventory. The points bar is still stuck at 2000.

I just got stuck at 1000 less than an hour ago, it was all working yesterday, where I received all the items as normal up to 750

Update: I was still able to get complete challenges for the battle-pass, but now that I've done enough challenges to reach level 77, my battle-pass level is s tuck at level 76. No rewards given from the battle-pass either

Update 2: Battle-pass suddenly started working again, hopefully the event is fixed soon

Update 3: Seems like the event was fixed ~3-4 AM 01/04/22 AEST

What happens when the bug occurs? In the Warriors event tracker I am unable to get over 250 points. I completed about 750 points worth of quests and it did not go above 250 points even though it showed that I had completed the quest to get 750 points. Also, after every game, it played the sequence that happens after you play a match in which you get a treasure pack
What should be happening instead? It should stop playing the treasure pack animation and I should be able to level up in the event
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I'm not sure

@PunctualKoalaI have the exact same issues even after I verified the integrity of the game files and fixed it.

I had this issue as well, but I am stuck at 2000 points. The treasure pack thing is happening to me also.

What happens when the bug occurs? My “Warriors” event tracker is stuck at 750 and I cannot earn additional rewards. I played for several hours tonight and earned ~1000 points which did not register on the tracker.
What should be happening instead? Event rewards tracker should be advancing as normal.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Please check my previous 2 days of gameplay and note that I earned far more than 750 event points.

I have seen other users describe similar issues for past events — the event tracker for various limited-time events getting stuck at a particular score — but I have not seen a solution offered.

In my case, the Warriors collection event score is frozen at 750 points. I played several hours tonight and earned close to 1000 event points but then noticed that my tracker had not advanced AT ALL from yesterday. This is very frustrating because it negates all progress towards the event rewards. 

It is literally not possible to achieve a score with a multiple of 50 in the event, because all challenges offer rewards points in multiples of 100. 

See attached screenshots for confirmation. At 750 points we earn the Mad Maggie kills tracker. You can see that there is no checkmark on the box for that reward, even though I have received that particular reward. The progress bar also does not advance past 750 points which, again, is impossible due to points being earned in multiples of 100. 

I got the same problem the new tasks keep coming, i completed them without getting any more point on the prize tracker, need a fix i dont have time for doing those challenges for nothing EA, sort out your *

Same issue for me but I am stuck at 1250. I also keep getting a notification that I have unlocked the 1250 point award at the end of every match but it's not actually there.

Mines stuck at 1000 on the apex pack and I didn't get it

Stuck at 1000 in the event, now even my battle-pass level is stuck. Post-match summary still shows progress towards both the event rewards and the battle-pass, but no rewards are received and the trackers in the lobby don't change
