Treasure packs maxed out, can’t collect anymore

Product: Apex Legends
Platform:Sony Playstation 4

Where did the issue occur? In a match
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. Everywhere
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Opening a red supply bin
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? I don't know
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? No idea

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? I can’t pick up treasure packs. Since the patch and event drop it says I have gotten all the treasure packs for the season. It won’t let me pick up anymore
What should be happening instead? I should be able to pick them up, there are at least 2 more hunts not unlocked
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don’t know it just happens.

since the update my treasure pack tab says I have collected them all, which it shouldn’t. I also cannot pick up treasure packs and I have given more than a days time to cool down. It won’t let me. Says I collected them all. Please fix this, the packs are fun and so are the hunts. I don’t want to be bugged out food doing them for the season

    @rbezzii You pick up more than enough packs between each quest. if you look closely on the quest tab you'll see a unlocked icon, which means you have enough packs to play that quest when it comes out. apex is just allowing you to have enough time to collect enough packs to unlock each quest.

    Nah, when I go into the quest tab it says I’ve collected all 45 packs already... which I haven’t and nobody has. It’s not just me experiencing this as I saw in various content creators having the same problem. It won’t allow people to pick up treasure packs even after 24 hours has passed from the last one picked up. It doesn’t say “already picked up” or whatever, it says “max per season achieved” or something. It’s a bug through and through because this happened the moment the new patch and event dropped. I love the patch and event since they add new amazing things to the game, this minor bug is the only annoying thing.

    @rbezzii Well, I have 44/45 treasures and I can get the last one since 2 hours. I didn't play one day that's why I haven't got one previous treasure already. But if I had play, then I would have 45 already since "yesterday" (and it corresponds to the day of your post). Are you sure you "missed" some treasures?
