Twitch Drops Post Malone event missing

What should be happening instead? players should get the twitch drops
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know... check coding
During the event of Post Malone I saw some streams and I got the Twitch notification that I got the drops and I even the in game notification that I won the twitch drops
Here is the twitch pag showing that I got them on time
But I only got the " one point for me " holospray
But i didn't get he Arcade Zaper Charm ( i check several times) I can make a video of me scrolling over 200 charms if there is needed some video prove and I'm not sure but I think I didn't get the apex sticker pack also , I have some pack saved up to open several in one time so its a bit harder to check.
