Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Look in my inventory where there isn't Twitch Prime skins for Mirage, Kraber, and Octance

In the past I was able to claim the Wattson and Bangalore Twitch Prime skins and they showed up in my inventory just fine. However I have been repeatedly trying to claim the Mirage/Kraber and Octane skin but when I go through the process and receive all the claimed confirmation messages the skins still do not show up in my inventory.
