Unable to change ADS zoom level or gun fire mode while crouching

What happens when the bug occurs? I use an Xbox controller on PC. I have crouch set to 'hold' and whenever my character is crouching I am unable to do 2 things. One is that I can't change the fire mode of a gun while crouching and have to release the crouch button to stand up, change the fire mode and then crouch back down again. The second is that while crouching and aiming down sight I am unable to change the zoom magnification, so I have to release the crouch button to stand up, change the magnification and then crouch back down again.
What should be happening instead? I should be able to change the fire mode of a gun or the zoom level of an optic while crouching
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Select any legend and make sure that crouch is set to 'hold'. Pick up a Flatline and fit a 2x - 4x Variable AOG Scope. Now crouch and hold the button to ensure that your character remains crouched. Try to change the fire mode of the flatline from single fire to auto fire. Also aim down sights and try to change the zoom level between 2x and 4x. For me both of these actions don't work while crouching and I have to release the crouch button so that my character stands up, and then I can change the zoom level or fire mode. Surely both should be able to be changed while crouching.
