Unable to complete EA Account sign in (Code 100)

Having this code 100 problem today. Restarted twice, reset my ea password, verified that my PSN name is indeed linked to my EA account, uninstalled and reinstalled Apex, and finally tried another PlayStation and still getting the same error.

    I cant log in aswell i have tried it on my all other accounts but still i have the same error
