Unable to purchase apex packs

What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Trying to spend my money

How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? Didn't start until the beginning of season 13

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Minor impact to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? Unable to purchase apex packs, apex event packs, and certain skin bundles in the store
What should be happening instead? I should be able to give you my money 🥲
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I haven't found anyone that has had my exact problem, because it's not the area I'm in. I haven't changed it since I started playing and I've been able to buy packs until now

Whenever I attempt to purchase a skin bundle or just the skin itself it states that it's unavailable. I'm not even allowed to go the apex packs tab; it goes from specials - featured - skips apex packs - straight to mythics
