Unable to use items after being downed in wraith portal

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Die to an arc star while in a wraith portal
I manged to get downed by an arc star immediately after entering a Wraith portal and it broke all healing/utility items. Problem persisted after being downed and revived, was also killed and respawned in the same match but wasn't able to confirm whether that fixed the bug or not. Was unable to use items both via hotkey and via the inventory. Grenades were still useable (I tried downing myself with a thermite to see if it'd fix the issue).
