Hello, while this can still be performed, if you restart the game client it should check again and "remove" the heirloom.

If you find yourself with an unearned heirloom, please try this restart.

Edit, this has been largely addressed now. There are some edge cases where it might appear in certain situations, but it shouldn't be usable as it was previously.

I've been having troubles since yesturday with loading into the main lobby with error code 408, and today after I load in I realized that all of my legends had no skins, but the heirloom button was available. I thought it's some kind of new UI bug, so out of curiosity I checked Bangalore and Loba's, I went into the shooting range, and I realized it's the actual heirloom. I have Valkyrie and Bloodhound's heirloom which are actually mine, but Loba and Bangalore are from the bug. There's tutorials online teaches you how to use the bug and get yourself heirloom, I reversed it and I got reinvestigated into the bug and cancelled the Loba and Bangalore heirloom. I'm very afraid that this accident might cause a ban on my account, please help me with this. I don't currently have any heriloom that doesn't belong to me in my account, I cancelled both of them.

Same bug was found. Hopefully, Respawn addresses the issue quickly. I worry about the same outcome. I own several heirlooms and could careless about these ones that are glitched.. lame issue, revert Respawn, please.

  It happened to me and I don't want to get banned so respawn take away all the heirlooms in my account

so is EA doing anything to solve the problem ?? It's a bug by the game itself why are they banning our account btw? There should be someone to solve the problem since there were many similar cases. Why is there still no one coming out and replying? why should a player take the consequence.

  @darrenk0102 I haven't seen any evidence of someone being banned for this. I understand people are nervous about this, but bans around exploits tend to be for repeated and wilful abuse, rather than accidental or bugged situations..

    @EA_David I accidentally got stuck with Wattson's heirloom after I changed the resolution of my game in the video settings, it glitched, and then I think the glitch was fixed, but the heirloom got stuck for my Wattson (I never unchecked the box because I thought the heirloom would go away on its own), and I play Wattson mostly and don't want to get banned, please remove the heirloom. I think the checkbox for the heirloom is simply left checked in the background on accident from when the glitch happened.
