What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. I was trying to change my skin.

What happens when the bug occurs? When I tried to change my skin there were heirloom boxes on the characters that were selected, I thought my game was bugged so I went into firing range to try and reset it and now I have both the wraith and octane heirlooms which I have NOT purchased. There is no option to remove them and I am really worried I will get in trouble. I would like the heirlooms to be removed, I only want to get an heirloom legitimately and I have spent like 100$ on this account.
What should be happening instead? I should NOT have ANY heirlooms.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I do not know how it happened, my skins did not show up and my currency in top right was flashing. I went into firing range and then I had the heirlooms.
The heirlooms in my account are not supposed to be there. I am at like 300/500 packs for an heirloom and I REALLY do not want to get banned because of this glitch. Please remove these heirlooms (wraith and octanes are what the bug gave me) from my account!
