Unintentionally received Heirlooms I did not purchase

    Hello, while this can still be performed, if you restart the game client it should check again and "remove" the heirloom. 

    If you find yourself with an unearned heirloom, please try this restart. 

    Edit, this has been largely addressed now. There are some edge cases where it might appear in certain situations, but it shouldn't be usable as it was previously.

I also got this problem and today it still hasn't been fixed. What can I do? I'm afraid I'll be banned.

    I restarted the game client, but it couldn't be deleted

    Asked someone on reddit, quoting their response:


    "Hi, the heirloom has still been available to me 2 days after the glitch happened. I have opened and closed the multiple times since then, and I still have it right now as i am typing this response.

    The way it happened was, the equip heirloom button appeared on my Pathfinder skins page where it usually is, even though i don't have the heirloom(obviously) or even shards for that matter. But at this stage, i assumed the bug was patched, and this was just some residual bug where just the ui showed.

    So i proceeded to click it, and nothing happened, so i continued clicking. Maybe after 15-ish clicks (i was Idling having a conversation) the button said "heirloom equipped", and vanished. After going into the game, i have the gloves equipped. But it does not say in the heirloom store that i have it purchased."

    Seems like they're not being removed from all accounts, though I assume that the patch is mostly working for most users.

    how do i remove the heirloom on ps4? I don't know how to restart the client on playstation 4

    hi i restarted my game few times yet still have those heirlooms equiped. how do i remove it i only got wraiths on my own.

    I did the what you did but it would not let me remove it.
