Upgrade to PS5 not possible (PS Plus required?)

I am unable to upgrade from my PS4 version of Apex Legends to PS5.  The "Select Version" menu in the dashboard does not appear as it is supposed to.  WIth the help of the EA support I have tried se...

Bro, I have the exact same problem. I wanted to download the PS5 Version but it said that PS Plus is required in order to download the new gen version. I do not want to get PS Plus and in the end it is not working anyway.
