Hello!

I've been noticing significant connectivity issues to US-East server clusters over the last few weeks-months. This issue started around/at the same time Control was last an LTM. I live in the DC area and occasionally -- but with increasing frequency since Season 16 launched -- get high pings (95-100) to servers for LTM modes, and now occasionally BRs. What gives? I can probably drive to VA-1 in about half an hour, VA-2 is a day trip or less, and NY is a few hours up I-95.

This problem occurs in about half or more of LTM-type games I play, and ~1/4 of BR matches, if I were to hazard a guess.

I play with friends around the US and in Europe, and they report:

• WV -- 95-115 ping to US-East, in matches where I too can see the same.
• CA -- 85-100 ping to US-East, regardless of whether we're in a high-ping match or not
• Germany -- 95-125 ping to US-East, regardless of whether we're in a high-ping match or not.

We frequently queue together in a mix as trios with me as party leader, and US-East just seems unstable...but ping issues aren't uniform, so we're not getting bounced to other server clusters. It's as if some machines in VA-X and NY just have a baseline ping of 85 or more.

This isn't as immediately noticeable in BR due to the nature of the gameplay, but I can quickly tell in TDM or Control if I'm in a bad server. It's frustrating!

I'm on a wired connection and in other games using geographically nearby servers (Ashburn, VA), I get the pings I expect, every time.
