Valk passive cool down is bugged

Valks Cool down for her jet fuel is broken. After using it slightly, it remains used while sprinting. If you keep sprinting it never cools down. It doesn't start to recharge again until you stop runn...

On day one of Apex Legends season 21 Valkyrie's VTOL Jets don't recharge properly. The cool down before recharging is now seeming massively increased and the recharge cool down stops its progress and restarts the if you just plain jump or climb. Is this only happening to me?
