What happens when the bug occurs? When holstering gun and drawing the Buster Sword heirloom, it takes significantly longer to use Seer and Vantage's passive abilities (Heart Seeker and Spotter's Lens) than if you had nothing equipped. It can take nearly double the amount of time based on the heirloom draw animation given.
What should be happening instead? The amount of time it takes to use passive abilities after holstering gun should be uniform, not based on heirloom draw animation
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? With Seer/Vantage, holster weapon and draw Buster Sword R5 Use passive ability as soon as possible

Seer and Vantage's passive are generally something you want to use just briefly for a moment after holstering your gun. With the Buster Sword heirloom equipped, it can take nearly double the amount of time to use the abilities as if you had no heirloom equipped. This is because you have to wait for the heirloom draw animation to finish before they activate, and some of the draw animations are a few seconds long. If possible, I would like to have the same frame data for the passives whether I have an heirloom equipped or not. As it stands now, Vantage/Seer players are at a very slight disadvantage while the heirloom is equipped. Thank you!
