What happens when the bug occurs? When using voice chat with other teamates it cut out like lagging.

I not just me with this bug.
I'll add some more detail to this. I experience the same problem. When I am in a match/lobby with another player using a mic on game chat, the audio will cut in and out multiple times per second. This will occur no matter what system the teammate is using. This happens even if I do not use a mic. This happens with or without headphones. This happens when docked or not docked.
