I have the same problem, getting the warning message "WARNING: Setting a larger streaming budget than recommended for detected VRAM of 8080MB" while streaming buffer is set to "Insane (8GB VRAM)".

On top of this, the actual VRAM usage peaks at 5417MB using this setting.
