Wattson Interceptor not countering Horizon Ult

@ItsNeeher p.s im going to use this thread for reddit. Because apparently all the devs look at reddit instead of There own website, and base there nerfs off on bad apex pred players and streamers, who play wattson like 3 times and try to have a opinion.
