Weapon stops firing

@EA_Kent also been having the problem on ps5, any automatic gun is usually when it happens. No specific scenario is causing it, for me just happens at random in probably 90% of my gunfights

Do you remember around when you noticed this was happening? Has it been happening since the PS5 version launched, or was it more recent? 

It’s been happening since season 13 update. I don’t think it ever happened to me before that

Does switching datacenters make any difference at all? Also, were you seeing any of the in-game performance icons popping up when it's happening? 

Hey @EA_Kent, I just started noticing this happening to me about a week ago. It did happen earlier season 13 but now all of a sudden it’s happening very frequently. Does not seem to have any triggers. Just happens at random and it’s insanely infuriating. I’d imagine it may even persist but hoping it won’t with the launch of season 14. I’m on PC through origin. Not sure if it’s a server bug but it doesn’t happen at all in the firing range. I have my drivers all up to date and my mouse is wired so I shouldn’t be having these issues. Doesn’t happen with any other game through origin. I just want to be able to play apex without having to worry about this randomly happening to me and I’m sure other players are in the same boat.
