Thanks for reporting this and so far we haven't seen any trending reports of this, do you have your PC clock set to the right timezone and does your Origin account also represent the same region you reside in?
i’m having this problem too and i’m on xbox one. i’m nervous that i don’t be able to receive all of the lost treasures rewards because of this bug

There are a few threads on the Apex subreddit reporting the same issue. As of right now my daily challenges show that they reset in 4 days 18 hours, also the same with the quest mode and new event mode. No challenges have reset ☹️
