What happens when the bug occurs? The bug happens every time I open up apex legends :LeTroll: The Welcome pass is stuck at level 39/40 because of a bug that doesn't acknowledge that you have completed it. Even after waiting for two weeks and talking to EA customer support multiple times, the bug has not changed, but my willing to play will.To conclude, finish all your missions, then your stuck at level 39/40, with no final reward except for a badge(101).
What should be happening instead? Acknowledging that you have completed all the pass missions will result in the final rewards.

It's important to note that one of their solutions, which involved clearing the cache, is nonsensical. Especially in my case, when most of the time was spent on Virtual Instances inside GFN, and I reinstalled the game twice and cleared the cache, but nothing changed. It's disheartening that several players have been experiencing the same problem for weeks or months, and the bug appears to be receiving barely any attention.
