I've raised this with the studio, and they're looking into it. Hopefully they'll have a fix soon so y'all can get your hands on those skins.

Yep same issue, also in belgium. Not sure what this has to do with the gambeling law as this... is not gambling...

Wow whe are living in belgium and we are punished , we cannot even buy the new event skins i am happy to life in belgium buth its annoying that we cannot buy cool skins ,
Any updates on this? Would be bad if we could not buy the skins before the event ended..
They announced on twitter that they know about this issue who is only affecting Belgium and a patch will be released on April 10. So let's all be ready to buy what we want on the last day of the event lol
