Why can't i change my FOV on nintendo switch?

What happens when the bug occurs? I can't change field of view.
What should be happening instead? I should be able to change Field of view.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? By opening apex on nintendo switch, and go to video settings to change your FOV, there is no option.

The picture I inserted is very low quality, but you can still see that there are only 3 options in video settings. Not all 4 like there is supposed to be. Ever since i got apex I have ignored the bug but now i am tired of it and I want to know why there is no FOV slider, and even if it's a glitch anymore.
